THE MANUFACTORING HISTORY MATCHES WITH THE CARBON FIBER INTRODUCTION
At the end of 1970 Marco Pedemonte, Sergio’s father, decided to run a car business focused in the body and sheel improvement thanks to his rally races expertise. Marco Pedemonte was highly specialized in technical improvement of automotive shell for rally and supertouring cars.
Marco Pedemonte started with the most glorious models such as Lancia Stratos, 037, S4, Delta models and he grew his experience of fiberglass, aerodinamic fibers and carbon fibers. These materials were introduced to produce body light parts.
In the 90’S Marco Pedemonte started with the first ever production of car part molds in order to get lightest sheels of Ferrari F40, GT. Afterwards it started the great supporting service to Racing Cars Team about the aerodinamic performance.
DEEP MANUFACTORING KNOWLEDGE
Pedemonte created its great success in the automotive industry in the latest year. Therefore Pedemonte got its kown-how from the carbon fiber manufacturing. From Ferrari to Lamborghini, to concept studies of rally and racing cars such as Lexus, BMW and Mercedes. Many projects were successfully done under Pedemonte flag.

“I spent the whole part time of my life to produce high-end carbon fiber racing car parts. During my free time i did a lot of cycling with particular regards to road bicycle. I started to build up few frames for myself only by joke. The more i got experience with car parts the more i could produce the frame which fitted to my needs and wishes. Step by step i produced the perfect frame for myself. After 30 years of carbon expertise i can produce now the perfect frame kit for every one, for every size, for every kind of training”.
Nowadays Pedemonte can offer such experience to our Customers. We can understand what is possible to improve, what is best geometry which fits each rider in order to improve the cycling passion
