When you purchase a Pedemonte high-end frame kit you can follow the production assembling stages.
For every step of the production chain we provide you pictures and comments about your tailored frame.
You can discover how your frame is produced, each step, each detail, each gram of painting.
1- CONTACT
UNDERSTAND YOUR EXIGENCES, YOUR NEEDS, YOUR HABITS
The tailored frame represents its rider. The Pedemonte frame is produced upon specific customer’s requests about a detailed researches which are strictly connected to the rider needs, wishes and technical measurements.
In Pedemonte we think that is the frame which fits to customer and not the opposite.
2- ANALYSIS
SURVEYS, RESEARCH AND COOPERATION
The first important step is the rider’s body measurement in order to engineer the best frame geometry.
We suggest to enter in contact to technical biomechanical, Pedemonte approved*, which is able to study each anthropometric body measures and the best riding position.
*if an affiliated biomechanic it is not available in your area you can provide your own contact or you are welcome to schedule a meeting in our Pedemonte Company to get your body measurement.
3- DEVELOPMENT AND CUSTOMIZATION
CARBON FIBER, COLOR AND GRAPHIC
As soon as the geometry has been approved we start the frame development.
In this stage the Customer can customize each frame kit detail supported by Pedemonte technical department. From the fiber layer to frame graphic all those elements can be choosen in order to produce the sole Pedemonte frame, exclusive and unique.
The painting service takes place in the Pedemonte facility. We directly control the whole painting chain by skilled staff and more important we dont delegate such important stage to other external factories.
4- CERTIFIED CRAFTSMANSHIP
ASSEMBLING AND DELIVERY
All Pedemonte customized frame kits are warranted lifetime. This regards eventual carbon damages and painting issues.
We offer on demand the complete bicycle by choosen from various components, groupset, and wheels requested by the Customer.
We deliver each Pedemonte frame kit or the Pedemonte bicycle all over the world by ensured forwarders with an exclusive wooden packaging and the exclusive Pedemonte USB key with all the frame kit production stage pictures. Pedemonte is the fine 100% italian Company which ensures craftsmanship and superior manufacturing.
