At Pedemonte we can produce the perfect frame kit; rigid and comfortable by the IWS technology. IWS allows to produce all round tailored frame which matches monocoque performance to tube to tube wrapping process.

WRAPPED EVEN WHERE YOU CAN'T SEE
A tailored frame kit is a single creation which offers unique geometries. These available geometries cant be made by the monocoque production, moreover it is he reason why bicycle producers they can only use 6 mold sizes. What about XXL size? What about XXS? What about women geometries?
In Pedemonte we have the know-how and the technology to satisfy every wishes and needs by the tube-to-tube production. Carbon tubing are engineered and assembled by the IWS wrapping system and each carbon tube is empowered by two carbon layers: inner and external. And yet the IWS revolutionary technology allows to baked carbon tubing in the Pedemonte autoclave at controlled higher pressure and temperatures respect the canonic operation. The IWS offers a superior carbon fiber product with perfect fiber layers.
STIFFER THAN A MONOCOQUE FRAME, TAYLOR MADE WITHOUT ANY SIZE LIMITS
The fully custom frame allows the cyclist to ride for long distances by keeping perfect body comfort and at the same time to reduce pains and numbs in the body critical areas.
The monocoque frame production, even with many available sizes, cannot offer the same feeling and comfort experience of riding on a specific tailored frame kit. Each pedaling strenght and movement on a custom frame will perfectly support the riding action, saving watts and as a consequence, to keep higher average speed.
Through the exclusive IWS technology we have improved the previous tube-to tube production which kept such production inferior respect the monocoque frame production. Pedemonte is now able to offer a tube-to-tube frame with superior mechanical features, without any sizing limits.
