RESINS
The new RS range takes its root from the Pedemonte line-up improving resistance and performance to their best.
It is possible to get those superior results thanks to the utilization of hardened episodic resins with the highest TG rate and empowered by plastic nano spheres.
Pedemonte resins need a longer cure timing than traditional resins used in the cycling carbon fiber production.

Pedemonte rs frames are produced by the unidirectional carbon fiber.The unidirectional fiber allows Both a lighter and a stiffer structure because technically during the production it is possible to avoid the opposite carbon lay-up. the fiber unidirectionality is useful to get the rigidity in the proper strength direction.

Tube to tube construction system by gluing the tubes on an adjustable precision template (Anvil Bikeworks) welded through the exclusive IWS* (Internal Wrapping System) wrapping system, which allows cooking in an autoclave at a higher temperature and controlled pressure than to the standard.
Single-tube seat tube system – central movement with interlocking seat of the down tube and horizontal blades, which allows obtaining a monobloc resistant to the greatest stresses while maintaining the versatility of custom cutting.
